Why does it say my payment Cannot be processed?

Cannot be processed often means insufficient funds. Verify your account balance to ensure you have enough to cover the purchase.

Okay, so you’re seeing that dreaded “Cannot be processed” message, huh? Ugh, I know that feeling! It’s like, my heart always skips a beat.

Usually, and I mean usually because computers are weird, right? It pops up when there’s not enough money in your account. So, first thing’s first, double-check your balance! Seriously, log in and take a peek. Maybe you forgot about that surprise bill or, like me, you convinced yourself you had more than you did. Been there!

Sometimes, though, it’s not that simple. I remember one time, I was trying to buy concert tickets (desperately, I might add!), and the payment kept getting rejected. I had PLENTY of money. Turns out, my bank was being extra cautious and flagged the transaction as potentially fraudulent because it was for a large amount and to a website they didn’t recognize. I had to call them to get it sorted out. So frustrating!

Anyway, yeah, insufficient funds are the most common reason, but it’s worth checking other possibilities too, just in case. Good luck!
