Return Policy for Call of Duty Shop

Call of Duty Shop values customer satisfaction and offers a convenient return policy for eligible items. Customers have up to 31 days after receiving their order to initiate a return for a full refund.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn and undamaged
• In their original packaging
• With all tags intact

Items that have been used, damaged, or modified are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact Call of Duty Shop’s customer support within 31 days of delivery. Customers will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.
