What to do if an online transaction failed?
Online transaction failed?

- If the problem continues, contact your bank or payment provider.
Ugh, online transactions failing – the worst! It happened to me just last week trying to buy those adorable cat-shaped cookie cutters. Seriously, cat-shaped cookie cutters! Anyway… what to do?
First, the basics, right? Double-check everything. Did you type your card number correctly? I mean, seriously, did you? Because I’ve totally fat-fingered it before. More than once. Don’t judge. Then, make sure you actually have enough money. Remember that time I thought I had enough for that amazing vintage record, only to find out my rent payment had already gone through? Ouch. That hurt.
Okay, so you’ve checked your card details, and you’ve got the funds…still not working? Try again. Sometimes it’s just a glitch. A simple, frustrating, yet hopefully temporary glitch. Think positive vibes!
But if it’s still not working after a second try? That’s when you need to call your bank or whoever handles your payments. I had a similar issue with PayPal a few months ago. It took a while, a few transfers between departments… but they eventually sorted it. They were really helpful, actually, I was surprised! Maybe they’re not all evil robots hiding behind computer screens.
So yeah, that’s pretty much it. Check your details, check your funds, retry, and if all else fails, contact your bank. Hopefully, you’ll get those cat-shaped cookie cutters (or whatever you’re buying!) soon. Good luck!
