Walking, anytime, is good for you, duh. Morning walks seem to jumpstart my brain. Boosts energy, so I can get things done.

But, I remeber one evening, probably late summer, maybe July 2021, strolled by a park near my place, saw people laughing, felt good. Evening walks are like, anti-stress.

I swear, evening walks near that park, helped me sleep better, after a long day, probably. My digestive system also tanked me.

Honestly, it depends on what you need, right? Morning=energy, evening=chill. Choose your adventure.
