What is the best time to go to Osaka?

Okay, so you’re wondering about the best time to hit up Osaka? Well, I’d say spring (March to May) and fall (September to November) are the real sweet spots. The weather? Perfect. Seriously, not too hot, not too cold, Goldilocks would approve. And the scenery? Forget about it!
